366 Days of Self Portraits
Currently, Antonovich is working on a 366-day self portrait project, taking a self portrait everyday this year (2024). Her work is an exploration of identity, vulnerability, and self-expression. Each day, she confront the nuances of my emotions, experiences, and inner conflicts. This project is a journey of self-discovery, where Cari confronts her insecurities, celebrates her strengths, and embraces beauty in imperfection.
By documenting her daily existence, she invites viewers to witness the raw authenticity of the human experience, to reflect on their own journeys of self-discovery, and to find solace in the shared struggles and triumphs of being human. Ultimately, Cari Fayes self-portraits serve as a mirror to the soul, inviting viewers to gaze beyond the surface and into the depths of what it means to be human.
